This centuries-old mural tradition is known for its striking red-and-white designs, created using natural red laterite stone and white lime. Ramgarh Terracotta, also known as Kagaji Pottery, is a rare pottery tradition from Rajasthan that has been preserved by a single artisan family for nearly fifteen generations. Crafted from locally sourced clay, each piece is shaped by hand, naturally fired, and finished with rich mineral glazes that create its distinctive colours and texture. Combining centuries-old techniques with subtle contemporary refinements, this unique art form reflects India's enduring ceramic heritage while continuing to evolve for modern spaces.

Belonging to the only known family in India continuing this heirloom craft, they blend traditional hand-building techniques with thoughtful contemporary design, ensuring this centuries-old artistic legacy is carried forward for future generations.
